The Clinical Pathways Program at Tamale Teaching Hospital aims to create contextualized, realistic clinical pathways to guide the delivery of evidence-informed care. Through this program, we aim to incorporate evidence, best practices, and local expert consensus into easily accessible, shared mental models for use by clinical teams to facilitate the delivery of high-quality medical care in northern Ghana.
